Amethyst Geode

Amethyst is a member of the Quartz family. It is most famous for its brilliant shades of purple.
Amethyst usually is transparent and comes in shades of purple. Some translucent to opaque amethyst is also found and the purplish zones alternate with white or grayish areas. Color zonation can be very intense in transparent, translucent and opaque varieties.
Its ability is to cleanse and purify the power of a space, making them ideal for home decor and meditation areas.
