Return & Refund Policy
How to Request a Return
Thank you for shopping with My Crystals Rock. To request a return, contact claudiadr@mycrystalsrock.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Return the exact crystal or product you received, unused and in the same condition as delivered. Carefully wrap and cushion the item and use secure packaging to protect it in transit. A substituted item or an item returned in a different condition will not qualify for a refund.
Customers are normally responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has arrived and been inspected. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Each order is checked and packed with care. Once your authorized return arrives, we inspect it to confirm that it is the same item and remains in its original condition. We will email you with the outcome of the inspection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the refund available. Customers are normally responsible for return shipping.
If an item is unavailable and we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unfulfilled item.
For items received damaged or incorrect, please email claudiadr@mycrystalsrock.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, parcel and packing materials. Keep the packaging while we review your request.
Shipping
U.S. shipping is available at checkout. Customers are normally responsible for return shipping, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping. Securely wrap and cushion the original item before returning it. Contact us first if your item arrives damaged or incorrect so we can review the situation.
International Orders & Returns
International orders are by request only. Contact us for a shipping quote before ordering; you must accept and pay the quoted cost. International orders and returns are handled case by case. Email claudiadr@mycrystalsrock.com with the product, destination country and postal code.
Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy
Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
